Strawberry & Yogurt Parfait Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup Fresh Strawberries,
rinsed and chopped
1/2 cup Plain or Greek Yogurt
2 tsp Local Honey
2 T Wheat Germ or Granola
2 T Chopped Walnuts
1 tsp Bee Pollen
PREPARATION & METHOD:
Beginning with 1/4 cup of
strawberries, layer the ingredients (in
equal portions) in a tall glass, adding
a drizzle of honey after each yogurt
layer.
For the final topping, sprinkle with bee
pollen and add a whole strawberry.
Yield:
One Tall Parfait
