Lisa has been practicing yoga since 1997, and teaching since 2004. She is trained in Beginner through Advanced Level Hatha-style Yoga and in Senior, Children’s and Core Strength Yoga. She has studied at various studios around the US and Europe, and is a Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance.

The Yoga and Wellness Center of Columbia, established in 1996, is a multi – faceted wellness resource center focusing on the practice of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation as taught by Harbhajan Singh Yogi, Master of Kundalini Yoga. Kundalini Yoga is a specialized yoga practice. It incorporates breathing, yoga exercise, sound and meditation. This distinct practice is enhanced with cardio and aerobic effects and facilitates a release of deep seated tension and a great sense of well being.

Nicki Musick is director of the Yoga and Wellness Center of Columbia. She began her yoga studies in 1971 with the 3HO Foundation in Phoenix, Az. and has studied with Harbhajan Singh Yogi - ji, an internationally renowned spiritual leader and yoga master from Northern India. She is certified through the International Kundalini Yoga Teacher’s Association and registered with the national “Yoga Alliance”. She is trained in Yoga and stress management for medical symptom reduction through the Mind-Body Institute of the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Harvard University. She is also certified in Pregnancy Yoga and teaches prenatal yoga and an interactive postnatal yoga class for new moms and babies. She has been practicing massage therapy since the seventies and was licensed in South Carolina at the onset of the state’s licensing program.

Paula facilitates ongoing weekly meditation groups in the Myrtle Beach area for beginning and experienced meditators. The groups are offered on a donation basis. She is also available to facilitate meditation workshops for interested groups and organizations. Educated in counseling psychology and trained in Kriya yoga meditation techniques by Roy Eugene Davis, a direct disciple of Paramahansa Yogananda, Paula understands firsthand the benefits of regular meditation practice. Her knowledge is based on both intensive study and personal experience. Through the use of simple meditation techniques and breathwork, Paula offers her students an easy path to wellbeing, as well as personal and spiritual growth.
Yoga At the Beach Studio is the pseudonym for Lisa Rosof, RYT and Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist. She has been in business and teaching yoga for thirteen years.
